Your Submitted Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any Submitted Content is lawfully obtained and used.

2. Copyright & Third-Party Liability Disclaimer The Platform does not claim ownership over any Submitted Content uploaded by users. The Platform and its operators assume no responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property resulting from Submitted Content. The user acknowledges that they bear full legal responsibility for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the unauthorized use of third-party content.

3. Indemnification By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Performance First Media DBA - Performance First Digital, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your Submitted Content. Any copyright or intellectual property infringement claims related to your Submitted Content. Any breach of these terms by you or any third party acting on your behalf.

4. Content Removal & Compliance The Platform reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any Submitted Content that is suspected of violating copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or any other legal regulations. The Platform may take appropriate action for repeated copyright violations, including account suspension or termination.

5. Reporting Copyright Violations If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please get in touch with us immediately with a detailed notice, including the allegedly infringing content and proof of ownership.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Platform disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use of unauthorized or infringing content.
